Self employed to fully employed

Would 20+ years of self employment be a disadvantage if applying for a full time job.
Would you be classed as to set in your ways, no traceable history etc etc
I suppose it may depend on the job, if it involves working alone or part of a team etc.

If you know your stuff they'll take you on. The problem is you'll leave after the first day or so.

i spent only 7 years as a subby,then applied for a paye job.i too thought id walk after a short time.
still there 13 years later
