Would 20+ years of self employment be a disadvantage if applying for a full time job.
Would you be classed as to set in your ways, no traceable history etc etc
I suppose it may depend on the job, if it involves working alone or part of a team etc.
Anyone been in this position

If you know your stuff they'll take you on. The problem is you'll leave after the first day or so.

Just applied for a maintenance job in a plant after 11 years s/e, more than likely my age will be against me -55 and a couple of health issues
