Self levelling compound over concrete

Hi

I have some concrete (floor) next to my house that now forms and enclosed lane as part of an extension.

I was thinking of using self levelling compound over the top and tiling on top. Is this possible as there will be no damp course membrane or whatever below?

Any help is appreciated.
