Can I ask how this remove? I need.to swap a tap that is a wall hung basin/semi pedestal basin. Thanks

For better access, you will need to remove the pedestal - you can do that, by finding some way to prop the weight of the basin on something, maybe a length of timber. Post some photos of the underside of the tap, and it's connection.

Pedestals are usually loose, they just support the basin - so to remove the pedestal it would need to be supported whilst you work with it removed..
 
There will be springs with hooks.
On the spring is a white plastic collar.
There's one on each side.
Rotate the collar ACW and it will slacken the spring.
You can then remove the hooks from the holes, while supporting the ceramic and lift it away.
