Seperate phase and neutral circuits to lights?

The lighting circuit has seperate phase and neutral cables. Colour coded Red and black with own cpc.
The neutral is wired from ceiling rose to ceiling rose, one to the next. The phase is wired from wall switch to wall switch in the same fashion with the switched phase running to the ceiling rose (with cpc). Is this against regulations, do I need to consider a rewire? The socket outlets are wired more conventionally using twin with cpc in a radial fashion.

there is nothing wrong with the way you have. being this way does not mean a re-wire, but if it is old cable or installation, it could need a rewire
