Septic tank T-pipes

The T-pipe from the house to tank 1 has broken off at some point; the one on the outlet from tank 2 is OK.

Is there a 5" polypipe adapter we can wedge into the old inlet pipe?

Wedging anything inside the existing pipe will provide a convenient lip for carp to catch on and block the pipe. If there's insufficient pipe left to get a collar onto, then either leave as is, or connect outside the tank, and run new piece in through the tank wall.

Please do not attempt to enter the tank unless you know what you're doing and have the correct safety arrangements in place.
