Hi, I removed the radiators for decorating my flat and I found that in the bleeding hole threads are rusty and also the bleeding screws are rusty. I assume that also inside there is some corrosion.

Can I treat the radiators with a chemical before installing them again? Especially the bleeding opening, shall I use WD 40 or something simillar? Where can I buy new bleeding screws like those in the picture in the link below?
