servis m6135 drum slipped does not move

got servis washer, last time i used it it was on the final spin and i heard a bang, came to look and the drum was attempting to turn, but couldnt. emptied machine and now the drum seems to have moved slightly out of situe and i cannot move it round at all
the machine is one week out of guarantee, any help would be appreciated

Impossible to answer without seeing it but if it's only 1 week out of 1 year gaurantee, get onto your retailer and kick up a fuss. Speak to trading standards or CAB about it.

sorted now
there seemed to be something jamming it, partner hit it with a hammer to free it off and it did the trick!!!!!!!
thanks for the help anyway

If there is something between the drums it will stick again or block the sump hose.


Unplug your appliance before working on it.
