Set up Duress code - Galaxy Dimension

Afternoon,
Could someone help me set up a duress code? I can do it via keypad or RSS. I tried using a user level of 2.1 with the duress flag set. The pin is 5 digits long. It is assigned to the group the keypad is in. It just opens the user menu to change the code for that user.
Any ideas?
