How long will rapid set flexible adhesive take to set when laying travertine ontop of ditra.
I have ufh below the ditra which i won't turn on for 2 weeks after grouting.
 
Its usually somewhere between 40 mins and 3 hours. the ditra will slow it down a little but not much as its a chemical set. room temperature is the main thing.

BTW if its light trav, make sure you get a white rapid set, not grey.

It is light trav so have been using white adhesive.
Lastly shall i seal the floor before grouting or after.
 
yes to before, sometimes after too!
 
I have a 5 litre tin of sealer so will coat once before and also once after. The floor is 35sqm.
