Sevices trench

I suppose this could go under a few headings but I've gone for this one. When digging a services trench, are there any requirements as to how wide it has to be or whether there must be minimum space between any of the services? Would a 30mm trench, with the appropriate warning tapes, be sufficient to satisfy the gas, water and electricity suppliers?
