Sewer build over

Hi,

Could anyone tell me if they think I would need to divert this sewer rather than build over it which is alongside my 70s built house? I will be knocking my double garage and putting a house about 1m to the right of this but it looks like it flows under my current garage. It doesn't smell when I open it so not sure what type of sewer it is but it's owned by Thames Water.

Any advice would be welcome although speaking to Thames Water is the obvious next step. I've attached images.
