I want to move the bathroom in teraced house from rear to front. Mains sewer runs in street in front of house. Currently sewer runs from main in street under house to soil stack at side of rear extention where first floor bathroom is conected. Dont want to use saniflow as house is intended for student let. Bathroom is bigger than small bedroom at front thus whant to swap around not sure best way to do this.

Determine the run of the drain, dig down and connect in.

Will you be retaining the old SVP? If so you can use a stub stack on a ground floor bathroom .

Any internal inspection chamber you introduce must have a sealed cover.

This work will require building control notification and inspection.
