Did you download the title plan and the register? You need both and also the neighbour's as well. The point here is to compare the two and know what theirs says?

PS. these documents can be a bit hit and miss with what they include. Sometimes they are very helpful, other times not so. You might find the title register mentions a title number but gives little or no detail. In that case the next stage would be to request copies of original documents. That means filling forms to LR and sending off with a cheque. Sometimes a telephone call to LR can be helpful - I've had people spend a bit of time trolling through folders etc. whilst other times they can be next to useless. Worth a go though.
