Shed and decking

Hi all, I want to build a 4x2.5m shed and a 4x2m decking with roof and because it will be first time I was wandering if anyone could advice me on what timber to use. I know that the base will have to be made from treated timber, but will 4x2" be enough or I need some 6x2" for framing? Could I get away using 3x2" for walls and osb and overlap boards or shiplap?
