Shed build advice

At the bottom of the door, it's literally 1mm exposure on one side and 2mm exposure on the other side. Could I just put some kind of tape down on the edge to help with this?

Could I stick half of this at the bottom of each door to cover the exposed wood of the frame underneath the door?

I've used plastic strips to help further water proof.

Also, the is a gap between my doors and the side panels. I plan to cover the side panels with shiplap pieces. However, if I open my doors, the gap between my doors and the side panels closes, so I can't put shiplap over that space.

Have I installed my hinges backwards?

The hinges are not backwards..you do know the hinges go on top of the shiplap?

Well, obviously they go on the shiplap.

But, that doesn't negate my point of them being potentially backwards. The pin can either face one way or the other way, it doesn't look the same on both orientations.

general comments for future reference in a clad unpainted plank style shed
in general the top will overhang all round
a gutter is preferable so the water off the roof cannot bounce/splash/get onto the structure surface or underneath
the walls and door should start protected at or near the roof and fully cover the structure and in general finish below the wooden structure off the floor
the floor will be spaced off the surface by at least 12mm preferably 25-35mm with an impermeable layer under the wood like felt or dpm

iff it has a concrete base as the floor it should around 50mm clear [raised ]off the ground and smaller than the cladding internal size that will in turn extend and overlap the floor slab by say 25mm so no chance off water even in a storm getting to the wrong place

If I want to store some equipment in here, should I insulate with foil backed bubble wrap? If I do that, do I need to cover it with some thin plywood or something?
