I have a ton of thick Damproof Membrane left over and wondered if it would be a suitable roofing material for my shed roof, in one single sheet (ie no joins)?

I used it as a secondary seal on my hut, under roofing felt. I have a problem with birds and squirrels constantly wrecking the felt.

I had it on my large garden cabin roof for 2 years -no leaks

not any good permanent though -UV will break it down and wind will tear it
