Being what one might describe as shed-savvy, though clearly not shed-fixated, I had a browse on the Wiki and found this:-
In the UK, men have long enjoyed working in their potting sheds. Author Gordon Thorburn examined this proclivity in his book Men and Sheds that argues that a "place of retreat" is a "male necessity" which provides men with solace, especially during their retirement. The first National Shed Week was held in the UK in July 2007 and received widespread coverage in the media. A second National Shed Week is planned for July 2008.
Now who here was aware of National Shed Week and if so did you attend this auspicious event?
Softus, do you not think that three sheds is just too much of a good thing, brick-built or otherwise? Have you considered a course of shed-therapy?
