Shiny paint patches

Hi people need advice

So I painted my wardrobes last year with Wilko cupboard paint got good result

Some of the paint started to come off so I decided to paint over some sections with the same paint I had left from over a year ago

I used a medium pile roller again but where I have gone over the old paint the new paint has dried very shiny ?

Any ideas how to fix those attached images

Presumably the old paint has lost it's shine through age.
