should I fill this hole before installing the lamp?

I plan to install the following lamp on my bathroom ceiling.

There is already a hole in the ceiling for the cable.

The ceiling is green plasterboard, then a 5cm air gap, then vapor control barrier and then wool insulation, then a cold vented space.

Do I need to fill the hole so it is smaller and only large enough for the cable to fit through?
 
No, the insulation is above the cable, only warm air will rise up from the bathroom.
