I am turning my shed into a minibar and I've heard about people insulating their sheds. But, I will have a heater on all the time in my shed so I don't know if the extra money spent on insulation is worth it. Should I save my money or get insulation? Any thoughts?

I would see if you can get some insulation cheap off Marketplace or ebay and go that route.
heated all the time perhaps 24 hrs 40 units units a day £8 a day
insulated about 1/3 that cost
all depend on heat level size and insulation level
and dont be fooled by cheap to run heaters the do little more than drive the damp out
