Should i put insulation in internal shower wall?

Was thinking it'd deaden sounds, but is it really worth it? Boarding with 12mm Hardiebacker and tiling.

I’d always put rockwool in any stud wall. May not make a massive difference but adds mass and a bit of noise deadening. It’s normally specced from a regs perspective too
