Should I reapply for lawful planning certificate

Hoping someone might be able to advise on this.

We are having a loft conversion done in six weeks time. We don't need planning permission but have applied for a lawful development cert. Unfortunately, we have subsequently spotted a number of mistakes in the drawings submitted by the architect for the certificate and to the building inspectors.

This includes the scale and height of the attic floor. The original (incorrect) plans have the height of the attic floor 80cm higher than it will actually be.

The architect and builder say there is no need to resubmit for the cert, as the original plans are within what's allowable for permitted development.

I'm uncomfortable that the plans are incorrect and want to resubmit, but wonder if I am making a mountain out of a molehill?

If the volume remains within the PD limit, and the exterior unchanged then no need for a new application.
