Most likely - not, unless the paper is older than 35 years old. It doesn't look that old.

Late 90's almost certainly not, pre-mid 90's there is a small chance it contains asbestos.

If in doubt, have it tested.

Yeah, number two definitely anaglypta. Number 5 def blown vinyl - we had that in the hall in our old house.
