Should I use scrim tape before plastering these cracks?

I recently took a short plastering course ahead of replastering my house, learned the basic technique but obviously lots of situation I’ve not encountered yet.

Wondering how best to tackle the below problems.

Should I use scrim tape for any of them, or just fill with bonding?

Thanks

cracks should always be reinforced with mesh tape, is that wood in the 2nd pic?

Ah thanks I’m assuming mesh tape is what I know as scrim tape. Would I put the tape on before the bonding, or after bonding and before multifinish?

Second pic is old plaster with a gap to a pvc window, could pack it full of bonding plaster, but not sure if there’s a better technique.
