Hi gents

In my renovation I have used some 22 mm T+G pine-boarding for panelling : this was purchased from my usual DIY shed as pre-packed 2m lengths . It was fitted in the summer but I now notice that with using my wood-stove that there is some shrinkage - perhaps 2% on 200 mm wide board.

Should I have expected that ? Should I close it up or is it going to continue to move with the heating-seasons.

Perhaps relevant that the pine is sourced in SW France. It is actually meant to be parquet -flooring so is grooved on back side.

Thank you.
