We are having a number of people to stay in a few weeks, so have a need for some extra showering capacity. We only have a bath in the bathroom. The bath tap has a shower attachment, but the walls around the bath are only tiled part way, leaving a metre or so of bare walls above the top of the tiles. We had thought about extending the tiling up to the ceiling, but have been unable to find matching tiles. Would it be feasible to install PVC wall panels from the top of the tiles up to the ceiling? I'm looking for a solution that wouldn't be hugely costly or disruptive, as this shower would only be used occasionally. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

As a temporary measure seal around the tiles/bath to prevent water getting behind them and the bath. Or you could add the tiles, getting enough to finish the job when time permits i.e chop out and replace the old ones.
