Pic 2 and 3 are of the captive nut on the end of the riser that I presume screws into the bar, you'll need an Allen Key to remove that one.
Pic one if you talking about the joint that has the rod attached, look at the flats on the left hand piece, you'll need an adjustable to fit that and grip the right hand piece to split it.
