Shower door hinge?

Need some help identifying this. I need to replace the hinges but can’t seem to find them. They are in a block that can be moved when the tiny screw is loosened. Appreciate any helpView media item 103207

Showerdoc do international delivery but will be expensive compared to the price of the part
