Hi all sorry if this is long but please will somebody help..you have before..and im so confused!!
We would like to install a shower somewhere in the house. The 2 choices are an enclosure in a small cloakroom downstairs (that can be extended easily to allow it) or an above the bath unit upstairs. The problem is ceiling heights...
downstairs is 6ft 9 (2060mm) floor to ceiling and the room is only 4ft wide.

upstairs is 7ft (bath to ceiling). Possible problems are the ceiling is sloped ceiling so at the other end of the bath theres only 5ft7 so shower unit obviousy can only go one end. it would be attached to a plasterboard wall? also it would be alongside the door so a shower screen would be needed. But becasuse of the sloping ceiling this wouldnt be possible? would itneed to be some sort of curtain on a bendable rail?

sorry so long but hope you guys will help! Thanks in advance :?

how long is it before the slope starts...could you get a small curtain enclosure "L" shaped ?

Hi thanks for helping..
it isnt far, kind of straight away really. do you think there is any way an enclosure could be fitted into the downstairs?

I have seen curtain rails that run on stainless wire hung on hooks forceilings such as mine so that may cover it im not sure its awkward really  ..just a question as to which would be the better option measurement wise for a shower unit?
