Shower Enclosure

i have tried installing the shower encloure for a curved tray and have a problem that there is a gap when between the two parts of about 5 cm........have followed the instructions and everthing any help with this problem

The 2 Glass panels which slot into either side into the wall fixing and theres a small piece which is used to join the 2 parts together top and bottom
