Shower Fuse Blown?

Shower: Gainsborough 8.5kw (Installed 6 months ago)
Cable: 5 metres of 6mm (Left from previous shower installation)
Fuse: 30A fuse in main fusebox appears slightly burned inside.
Problem: Isolator switch light now doesn't light and therefore shower doesn't work.

Shall I replace fuse or get in an electrician?
