Have a concealed shower in one ensuites where after initially running warm it goes cold. Have replaced the thermostatic valve cartridge but issue remains. System is a Megaflo, other showers in house seem OK. Any thoughts where to look next?

Check mixer taps for passing, this will cool the hot water.
You mean check if taps on sink are OK?
