shower & kitchen - low water pressure (total novice!)

Hi guys,

First post but I have read lots on these forums and learnt alot!

I have seen other users with similar problems to mine but I am still struggling. The hot water through my shower (Triton pressure compensating) is a trickle, every now and gain it is fine but more often than not it's poor.

Also, my father-in-law fitted a single lever tap in my kitchen and now that hot water is worse than it was before.

I have a tank in my loft and a hot water tank in my airing cupboard, which looks as though it has a pump fitted (Grundfos super selectric).

My boiler is in the kitchen and is a Baxi.

Sorry for the lack of info but I will supply any more that is required.
