Shower making screaming noise

Had a new shower installed 10 months ago, it’s been working great but last night it starting making what I can only describe as a screaming noise.

It happens on both the waterfall shower and the second smaller shower head, although if you run the smaller shower head at a low flow, it doesn’t make the noise. The bath tap only does it for a second and is then quiet.

From what I’ve read online, it’s likely to be too much pressure. These are the valves we have if it helps.

Previously my hot tap in the kitchen would barely work while the shower was on. Now it works fine and seems to stop the noise if it’s run at the same time as the shower. Makes sense if it’s pressure related I guess.
