hi i have a redring electric shower californa model no 553540 when i pull the cord switch the red light does not light up plus light on shower same no light their is a red light at the back of the pull cord switch but that is on all the time can any body help to diagnos problem thanks

check the pullcord wiring if the pullcord neon is not showing when pulled.
