shower on tiles

im going to be putting a wall mounted mixer shower on a stud wall.
will the aqua pannel and tiles hold the weight,iv also got to fit a shower screen to fit.

well it would obviously depend on what type of tile you will be using mate, without knowing i would`nt be able to estimate the weight along with adhesive and grout
