Shower tray tile over vs tile under?

Hi guys,

Fitting a shower tray with a new stud wall with aqua panel...

Would you raise the aqual panel to sit onto the tray then tile

or aqua panel first then tile to the tray

Also im using a tanking kit, would you tank onto the shower tray and tile over? how much overlap would be needed?

Generally you fit the aquapanel first.

Thanks gcol, ive spent alot of time researching on here (while im supposed to be working hehe)

And learning lots from you guys Ive got a big job ahead of me!!


Ah one other quick question, the bathroom was previouslt tiled all over, i have removed all tiles and was going to have it replastered and tile the wet areas.

Do you think its 'old fashioned' to tile the whole bathroom? I think it would be cheaper to tile than hire a plasterer and paint it
