Shower problem

Help!
Moved into a house and the "Thermostatic Mixer Shower" was ok. Came to winter and then no hot water to shower! Can't remember if this coincided with turing on the CH but have tried with CH off and still no good.
Can anyone help?

Is it just your shower hot supply that is affected or your other hot taps too

Check the supply to the shower.
If it is tank fed check no blockages or air lock.
