look at the inside of the I so valve ,see how small the bore is...get rid ..get rid ...get rid....other than that it's looking promising ,good luck.

Hi Guys,
Just a quick message to say thank you all very much for your help!
I have now changed all plumbing back to the original 15mm as it should have been and fitted my new pump.
New pump probably the same sort of pressure as my old Salamander, but way quieter so that is a result!
Things still don't feel 100% right... But we are a marked improvement on where I was! I suspect there is still a problem lurking somewhere along this plumbing set up somewhere and I will continue to investigate it and making changes as I go.
