Shower Pump not working for cold water tap or toilet

I have installed a techflow 1.3 bar pump and it is happily feeding the shower and bath taps. When it comes to the toilet and basin however I have a problem. The hot water side triggers the pump but the cold water is trickling out. Addedd to this the toilet is not flushing and is also trickling out without stopping. there is a little bit of overflow now too.

I have tried to play with the cold tap and when forcing the tap a little it has triggered both the toilet and tap. The tap itself is very stiff in comparison to the hot water side - any ideas anyone?

If it is a shower pump it is for a shower, not a basin and loo as well.
