Shower Sealant Remover

I'm about to dismantle my shower cubicle to get rid of the old mouldy sealant, and clean the glass panels to remove old soap scum.
what solvent/remover is recommended to remove old Shower sealant.
The Glass panels are not a problem to clean as i use red wine vinegar and it works a treat.

any help is very welcome
