Shower therostatic mixer tap

I would appreciate it is someone was able to compare these two taps and let me know what they thought was better. One option is the Corsswater Totti shower valve http://www.tapstore.com/crosswater-totti-thermostatic-shower-2-way.html The other option is http://www.tapstore.com/tapstore-sl3-thermostatic-shower-valve-2-way.html which the can supply with cross handles like the Crosswater Totti tap.

There's £70 difference between those taps. Any advice on what I should choose?

What are sequential mixers? What don't you like about them? what's the alternative?

If you read their descriptions both state that one control is for the diverter, the other is for temperature, so there is no actual control for the flow. Turn the temperature control and the water is on and that's it; on, no adjustment. Turning further will adjust the temperature only.
