Customer needs a new knob and perhaps a jet, though jets aren’t used.
Other bathroom gear is Bristan, but I can’t find this in their catalogue.

They have had a look but can’t recognise it.
Just putting it out there to see if anyone here knows it?

For anyone who might have a similar shower. I was looking through images on a google search and found a shower head that looked similar. Emailed the company, Novellini, and they have come back the next morning with a schematic drawing for me to look at. Very good communication thus far.
