Shower tray riser kit

Hello all, hoping someone can help me please! I'm about to install a shower tray with a riser kit. I was going to install it onto the chipboard (its stable and previous tray I removed was sitting on it) but I'm planning to cover the floor in marmox boards before tiling, so was wondering if it's better if the tray sits on top of the marmox instead.

I'm very new to DIY so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Not familiar with the boards but I used 9 blocks of 4x3 set on 20mm ply pads instead of the riser legs as they just didn’t seem sturdy enough to me.
The 20mm pads were screwed to the bottom of the 4x3 legs and then I could screw through the pads to the floor I then added 20mm ply on top of that for the tray base.

I would put the risers on top of the marmox boards and then completely watertight seal all around the wall otherwise if there is a leak it will be there for months causing damage - seeping down inbetween your joins in the chipboard.
For ultimate protection I would tile first and seal that so any leaks will be seen coming out from the front of the panel covering the risers. Otherwise you are creating a lower section that will hold the water.

I too would sit the riser kit on top of the marmox boards as I did on my own at home, all worked out well and as said any leaks are easily identified and fixed with little damage if at all.
