Just wondered if someone could give me some advise please, I want to fit a Exposed shower valve but don't want to chase the pipes into the wall, is it still possible to fit with the plumbing exposed? Many thanks Jim.

And does the pipe work hold the valve in place or does it fix somehow?
useally comes with a backplate that screws to the wall then the mixer fixes to this.
