Hi folks. I've just redecorated my shower room. It was originally a tiled wall in the shower but I removed the tiles and installed shower boards.
Problem arose when I tried to screw in the shower wall outlet. It doesn't reach the fitting behind the wall. The shower boards are about 5mm thicker than the tiles.
It's a mira 415 mixer shower I have installed. Is there an extended wall outlet available to tackle this problem? There's no way I'm ripping the wall out !
Thanks in advance folks.

If you can't find an extended shower head, maybe the addition of a non return valve (NRV) could help.....most manufacturers do one - I've fitted a Salamander one recently, and got it from showerdoc. It gives you around 10mm extra length.
John :)
