Shower waterproof cap

Hi,
I have my bathroom done up last year. The builder forgot to put the waterproof cap on the shower, now it is getting rusty inside. I wonder if anyone know where to buy this cap? I am not even sure what it is called?

Clear silicone perhaps?

+1, green scourer in there to clean it up, then use an allan key and take that grub screw out and clean it as it's going rusty, put a little silicone grease on it then seal it up with some clear silicone

thank you for the advice. Will the clear silicone be easily taken out when access to the grub screw needed in the future?

Could be a touch fiddly, would need a sharp pointy knife like a craft knife and a pair of tweezers to pull with.
