I'm changing my shower, removing the old electric shower and installing a power shower with the pump (as subject).

my question is can i use the existing wiring from the old electric shower to power the pump. It will be situated under the floor of the shower room in my little cellar. i've read in other posts that the pump must be connected to a 13 amp fused spur with a 3a fuse.

Refer to the actual specs of the pump for what protection it needs, not what you read on a forum!

You'll also need to trace the shower circuit - don't just assume that it comes from an FCU.
