Showers for vented hot water system

Are they any mixer showers that will work off a vented hot water system without a pump? As the pressure could be down to 0.1 bar?

Some mixers are more suited to low pressure systems ,but with 0.1 bar the performance would be very poor .

Aqualisa do a neat one with built in pump, about £400 though
Something cheaper is Triton shower booster which is a small box with built in pump which connects to your shower head about £120

I have a shower to swap on this type of system it must have a pump then? I haven't seen the job yet.

thanks its just a standard mixer shower with 150mm centres that's in at the moment.
