Hello all.
First post - please be gentle!
Currently I have a gravity fed heating system with 50 gallon HW tank which supplies hot water to a kitchen sink, an en suite with a mixer shower, and a bathroom with a bath, shower and body jets.
The pipework to the bathroom shower has a 3.0 bar pump which creates a fantasic showering experience!
I'd like to create the same showering experience in the en suite. Should I ask my plumber to add another 3.0 bar pump to supply the refubished en suite or would it be best to tap of the existing pump to supply the en suite?
Both showers are often used at the same time.
One final consideration is the amount of HW needed. I think my tank supplies 2-3 showers or one large bath before the hotwater runs out.
Would the best solution actually be to get a larger presurised hot water cylinder fitted and ditch the existing cylinder and all the pumps. If so, is it an easy job?
